Barrel aged 31 months!  Made in the style of the great Chiante Classico Reserves, Brunello Di Montalcino or Super Tuscan Wines.  This winemaker, Tim Keith, found Old Vine Zinfandel bridged the gap between his Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon where traditional varietals had failed.  What was achieved was this finesse driven, virietally correct wine.  The final blend is 80% Sangiovese, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Old Vine Zinfandel!  Complex aromas ranging from strawberry and rhubarb to floral combine with the blended oak selections contribute to its sweet vanilla and cinnamon spices.  Hints of wild game give this wine a touch of more earthy aromas rounding out the nose from sweet to diverse.  No harsh tannins.  This wine will be a great food-pairing wine due to it's balanced acidity that will cut through many different courses.  Try with a wide variety of cuisines!! Call for pricing.
